  1. If you’re going with family or friends for a weekend in the Bedford area, the patch calendar is a great place to find events happening nearby! On Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19 at 9:00 am, you can run or walk in the 2022 Esophageal Cancer Virtual Walk/Run. Also on Saturday, you can visit the Alphabet Broadway cabaret with Jocelyn Duford at The Majestic Theater at 19:00.   2. Registration for the Bedford Athletic Club’s Fall Football Experience Program for 2022 has begun! PreK, Kindergarten, and First Grade Football training starts on Saturday, September 10, every Saturday until October 15, with warm-up day on October 22. “The end-of-season celebration of the Jamboree will take place on October 29th.” Tier 2 players and old players will start the week on August 29th.   3. Play golf and support the Putts for Pups Golf Tournament 2022 to help give dogs a second chance. Head to Stonebridge Country Club on June 27 to play 18 holes of golf for a good reason! The Gold Event includes lunch, silent auctions, giveaways, and more. All proceeds will go to the Second Chance Ranch Rescue Fund to help rescue dogs in need. The event will begin at 9:00 am (registration starts at 8:00 am) and will be held at the Stonebridge Country Club, 161 Gorham Pond Road, Goffstown, New Hampshire.   4. Greetings to two Bedford firefighters celebrating 15 years of service to the Bedford community this week! Lieutenant Cory Fecto, who came to Bedford from Gotham, New Hampshire, and Lieutenant David Sherwood, who came to Bedford from Hampton, New Hampshire. Thank you for 15 years of conscientious service!
